Responsibilities

Upgrade applications from WebSphere 8.5.5 and remove IE11 dependencies
Develop and maintain Java/JEE applications using JSP, Struts 1.x and 2.x, EJB, and JPA
Create user stories and implement solutions based on business requirements
Fix Veracode flaws reported by Static Code Analysis (SAST) tools
Debug web applications and ensure compatibility across modern browsers
Utilize GitHub for version control and Maven for build management
Ensure secure coding practices and compliance with OWASP standards

Qualification

Required

Proficiency in Java 8/17 and J2EE 6
Strong experience with JSP, JSF, Struts frameworks, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Apache Log4j2 and web browser debugging techniques
Hands-on experience with GitHub and Maven build tools
Knowledge of OWASP principles and SAST tools for vulnerability remediation
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
