Responsibilities

Lead data conversion efforts across Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules
Oversee full lifecycle of data migration—including mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation
Collaborate with functional teams to understand source-to-target requirements
Develop and manage conversion strategies, timelines, and cutover plans
Create and maintain technical documentation for all conversion processes
Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues across multiple business areas
Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout testing and go-live phases
Support testing teams during SIT/UAT with mock conversions and issue resolution
Provide mentoring and oversight to junior technical staff and developers

Required

8+ years of experience with Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Cloud Fusion
Proven experience leading data conversion projects for HCM, Finance, and Procurement modules
Strong skills in FBDI, ADFDI, HDL, HSDL, and other Oracle Cloud data tools
Expertise in SQL, PL/SQL, Excel macros, and data validation techniques
Familiarity with cloud migration methodologies and legacy system data structures
Excellent communication skills—you can translate tech-speak to stakeholders and build trust across teams
Ability to work across hybrid environments and keep projects on track in a fast-paced setting
