H2M architects + engineers is a multi-discipline architectural, engineering, and environmental consulting firm seeking qualified interns to work in their CORE of Excellence department. The intern will assist with safety training sessions, maintain safety-related records, and provide general administrative support.

Responsibilities

Maintain/organize safety training sessions and safety awareness campaigns, including preparing materials, scheduling, and assisting with training assessments

Assist in maintaining and update safety-related records

Support other CORE of Excellence initiatives as needed (BIM/CAD, QA/QC)

Provide general administrative and project support to assist various groups of marketing

Other duties as assigned

Qualification

Microsoft Office SuiteSafety training organizationBIM/CAD supportEagerness to learnTeam collaboration

Required

Enrolled as a college sophomore or higher in a related field

Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Eagerness to learn

Ability to work individually and collaboratively in a team
