Responsibilities
Take charge of executing, operationalizing, and perpetually refining enablement systems and tools to bolster central programs and market strategies
Function as the go-to expert for enablement platforms like Gong and Highspot, enhancing adoption, scalability, and best practices
Translate overarching enablement strategies into actionable roadmaps, milestones, and meticulous execution plans
Harness insights from enablement tools to fuel sales effectiveness, coaching priorities, and the optimization of programs
Collaboratively work with Sales, Enablement, and RevOps to identify trends and opportunities that bolster seller productivity and revenue
Qualification
Required
Proven expertise in managing complex, cross-functional programs from conception to completion
In-depth experience with sales enablement tools (Gong, Highspot) and generating actionable sales insights
Exceptional program management skills, capable of balancing strategic priorities with operational necessities
Experience across the full customer lifecycle (pre-sales, sales, customer success) in a sales or enablement capacity
