Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of financial management for the facility, including accounting, cost control, and budgeting
Partner with R&D, operations, and product management to provide financial insights that support product development, lifecycle management, and cost optimization
Monitor profitability across product lines, maintaining accurate product costing, standard costing systems, and product master data
Develop and maintain financial models, including product cost bridges, gross profit analysis, and scenario planning
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with Atlas Copco policies, IFRS, and applicable regulations
Create and maintain KPIs and dashboards that track financial and operational performance
Support long-term business planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
Manage cash flow forecasting, working capital, and capital expenditure planning
Ensure accurate inventory valuation, cost accounting, and job costing
Oversee internal controls, ensuring compliance with group standards and supporting both local and global audits
Identify and implement automation and process improvements within financial operations
Provide financial guidance for investments, strategic initiatives, and ERP upgrades
Lead, mentor, and develop finance and accounting staff to support professional growth and business success
Coordinate and prepare financial data for tax team, ensuring accuracy and compliance in all filings
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or advanced degree preferred)
7+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including leadership responsibilities
Strong knowledge of IFRS, internal control frameworks, and financial regulations
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with exposure to product costing and global operations is strongly preferred
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or SAP is highly desirable
Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet monthly deadlines, and manage competing priorities
Preferred
CPA, CMA, or advanced degree preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment with exposure to product costing and global operations is strongly preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics GP and/or SAP is highly desirable
