Responsibilities

Define and implement AEP architecture, including XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and identity models
Integrate AEP with enterprise systems such as Snowflake, Kafka, EventHub, and Azure Data Factory
Lead migration of campaigns from Unica to Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)
Enable identity stitching and unified customer profiles
Ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance (DULE, TTL, consent enforcement)
Provide technical leadership, mentor junior engineers, and drive best practices
Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing, scalable data and marketing solutions

Required

8–12 years of experience in data or MarTech architecture
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), RTCDP, or AJO
Proficiency in data modeling (XDM) and profile/identity resolution
Experience with Snowflake, Kafka/EventHub, and Azure Synapse or Data Factory
Familiarity with ETL concepts, data ingestion, and real-time APIs
Prior experience migrating campaigns from legacy tools (e.g., Unica) to Adobe platforms
Understanding of data governance, privacy, and compliance frameworks
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or a related field

Preferred

Adobe Certified Expert – AEP preferred
