Security Analyst
MethodHub is seeking a Security Analyst to manage user accounts and respond to customer inquiries regarding access requests and onboarding processes. The role involves monitoring security access records, maintaining documentation, and supporting IT operations as needed.
Responsibilities
Monitors, reviews, and analyzes security access records for compliance with FDOT security practices, policies, and procedures
Maintains proper security related file records and documentation to preserve information such as computer security access records, outside agency agreements, and contracts, following established security processes and Office of Information Systems Methods and Practices
Assist with the tracking of inventory for the Information Technology Cost Center
Participate in team projects and assignments that range in size, complexity, and contract duration
Attends and participates in OIT Staff Meetings, Operations Team Meetings, and other meetings as directed
Responsible for reading, adhering to, and enforcing Department’s Procedures
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 4 years of IT work experience with a broad range of exposure to systems analysis, applications development, database design and administration; one to two years of experience with information security
Requires knowledge of security issues, techniques, and implications across all existing computer platforms
