Responsibilities

Analyze managed care contracts and communicate operational impacts across departments

Develop models, perform financial analysis, and monitor performance of new and existing contracts

Audit financials to ensure payment compliance and negotiate discrepancies with payors

Review and negotiate contract language during contracting processes

Build, maintain, and test contract projection models in Epic for physician and hospital reimbursement

Perform programming and analysis to ensure accurate rate and revenue code operations in Epic

Collaborate with Epic teams to validate builds and ensure models function correctly in production

Resolve contractual disputes by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders

Develop processes and maintain data sets required for contract analysis

Interact frequently with directors and other senior-level stakeholders

Perform additional related duties as assigned
