Responsibilities
Lead complex projects within the Contract to Report squad of the DigitalONE Program
Build and maintain trusted relationships with key cross-functional business and technology stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals, priorities, and deliverables
Align with overall DigitalONE IT PMO guidelines and operating models
Provide guidance to the development delivery team in managing dependencies and resolving blockers, communicating with business stakeholders, and driving the development team
Support technology teams in backlog refinement and prioritization, and translation of business requirements
Present new initiatives, top issues and risks, and key accomplishments with clear and concise updates for executive, business, and technical audiences
Develop and maintain project plans, track key milestones and business decisions, and contribute to a centralized RAID log
Proactively identify, monitor, and escalate risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate issue resolution quickly
Plan and facilitate joint planning sessions, workshops, and regular status reviews to keep teams aligned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 9 + years of IT project management experience managing complex Financial IT projects
Current 6+ years as an IT Project Management specifically with FinTech background managing Finance Transformations & Process Optimization projects
Current 6+ years an IT PM of Financial Systems Implementations including (ERP-Oracle, P2P, O2C, R2R)
Should come from enterprise tech companies or specifically Data Center or similar types of tech companies (large scale)
Provide guidance to the development delivery team in managing dependencies and resolving blockers, communicating with business stakeholders, and driving the development team

Advanced communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills with the ability to tailor messaging to executive, business, and technical audiences
