Office Receptionist
Horizon Point Marketing is seeking a dedicated and friendly Office Receptionist to join their team. The Office Receptionist will be the first point of contact for the company, responsible for creating a welcoming environment and managing various administrative tasks.
Marketing & Advertising
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer incoming phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate personnel
Manage scheduling of appointments and conference rooms as needed
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and inviting
Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and mailing
Assist in coordinating office activities and events as necessary
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office equipment
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively
A courteous and professional demeanor at all times
Preferred
Further education is a plus
