Responsibilities

Lead the development of custom scoped applications tailored to client needs
Design and implement advanced custom UIs using UI Builder and ServiceNow CLI
Develop and manage playbooks and flows to support business automation
Collaborate closely with solution architects and product owners to convert business requirements into technical solutions
Support testing, defect resolution, and deployment processes

Qualification

Required

Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in developing custom scoped applications
Proven expertise in designing and developing custom Scoped Applications on the ServiceNow platform
Proficiency in UI Builder, custom workspaces, Workflow Studio, and Now Experience components
Strong background in developing custom UI solutions for workspaces and portals
Ability to independently handle complex requirements and integrations
Solid understanding of ServiceNow best practices, performance tuning, and security standards

Preferred

Experience with creating custom components using ServiceNow CLI is a plus
