Responsibilities
Expand our portfolio with the government sector within “the NYC metro area”
Drive Revenue and Profitability
Bring deep knowledge and Information Technology services delivery capability, be integrated into the marketplace and be responsible for bringing solutions and thought leadership to our clients, work well in collaborative environments, be highly motivated by delivering excellent services to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction
Will use and leverage your experience and creativity to design, propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments
Lead a team of professionals – both direct reports and via US based onshore delivery centers
Manage client satisfaction in partnership with account management teams
Contribute to business strategy, budget planning, and manage profitability of engagements
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within new and existing accounts within the NYC metro area - Public Sector
Lead proposals and evolve solution offerings
Overall accountability for the winning of competitive proposals
Overall accountability of service delivery to our clients
Ensure success of engagements using global US based onshore delivery centers and strategic partners
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated ability in senior level, NYC metro Leadership or Information Technology Consulting for government clients
Deep understanding, knowledge and relationships with the NYC metro Public Sector Agencies
Ability to interact with agency C-Level decision makers
Results oriented business leader with solid understanding of budgets, forecasting, planning, P&Ls, and complex pricing models
Business development including strategic sales planning
Client engagement management and relationship building
A keen, flexible and bold perceptiveness; outstanding conceptual thinking as well as analytical and problem-solving skills
Be independent, self-starting, and be able to stay calm under the pressures of multiple deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, at all levels
Proven track record of crafting and maintaining business partnerships and relationships
