Responsibilities

Develop MOT, staging construction, and traffic control plans on complex traditional or alternative delivery projects

Assist the Project Team with the planning and daily execution of the MOT scope of the construction project

Coordinate with the team for upcoming lane closures

Develop traffic control plans, including temporary signing, striping, safety devices, and detours

Generate innovative construction staging alternatives that optimize traffic operations while maximizing constructability and safety

Work closely with contractors and owners to understand constructability needs and project MOT goals

Mentor less experienced team members and promote the growth of their technical skills
