Dartmouth Health is offering an LNA Intern Program that provides nursing students the opportunity to work in a supportive clinical environment alongside skilled RN Preceptors. The program aims to enhance clinical skills, communication, critical thinking, and time-management abilities while building foundational nursing knowledge.

The Intern will have the opportunity to build upon clinical skills, improve communication, critical thinking and time-management skills

The LNA Intern will be working two 12-hour shifts as an LNA on one of our units and doing one 12-hour shift shadowing a Nurse Preceptor on a unit that they are interested in

Required

Must have successfully completed Junior Year of an accredited RN Program and currently enrolled in good standing

Current and active NH LNA license

Current BLS certification for the Healthcare provider

Satisfactory completion of a Dartmouth Health pre-employment physical, immunization and relevant background checks

Resume and one (1) letter of recommendation (on school letterhead) from a nursing faculty member. The letter should address these personal attributes: communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, personal motivation and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
