Responsibilities
Customer Communication: Engage with customers via telephone to support and build trust while servicing their unique needs
Relationship Building : Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized and empathetic interactions
Product Knowledge : Maintain a high level understanding of our services and products to effectively address inquiries and stay updated on new tools and features
Communication : Keep the team informed of significant developments, relaying critical information as needed
Qualification
Required
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively on the phone
High comfort level with learning new software applications
Self-motivated – able to work independently
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Empathy, patience, and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to handle upset customers with professionalism and effective de-escalation techniques
Enthusiastic with high energy throughout the workday
Outgoing and friendly

Education: Associates degree or higher preferred
