The Product Engineer / Technical Product Manager will be responsible for developing a clear product roadmap for their internal platform, Maynard, ensuring that business needs are effectively translated into actionable plans for the engineering team.

Responsibilities

Own the platform roadmap across leasing, accounting, operations, reporting, and compliance

Work directly with our Founder to shape product vision and priorities

Work directly with internal users to: Understand what’s broken, Identify what’s missing, Spot what’s slowing them down, Support rollout of new features

Translate those needs into: Clear product specs, Prioritized backlogs, Well-defined engineering work

Decide what gets built now, next, and later, from major features to small improvements

Work daily with our distributed engineering team to: Clarify scope, Answer questions, Keep projects moving

Use AI-first development tools (Cursor, Claude, GitHub) to: Review and shape implementations, Make small changes directly when helpful, Keep velocity high and friction low
