GridHawk LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Leak Survey Technician to join their team in St. Louis, MO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting leak detection surveys on pipelines and related infrastructure to ensure system integrity and safety.

Responsibilities

Perform leak detection surveys using specialized equipment such as gas detectors, ultrasonic devices, and other industry-standard tools
Inspect pipelines, valves, and other infrastructure for leaks and potential safety hazards
Document findings accurately and prepare detailed reports for maintenance and repair teams
Follow all safety protocols and regulatory requirements during field operations
Collaborate with operations and maintenance teams to prioritize and address leak issues
Maintain and calibrate leak detection equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability
Travel to various job sites within the St. Louis area as required

Required

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to operate leak detection equipment and interpret data accurately
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Preferred

Technical training or certification in leak detection or related field
Previous experience in leak detection, pipeline inspection, or a related field
