They are looking for a dynamic Senior FP&A Manager to join their team, responsible for leading financial reporting, forecasting, and budgeting while collaborating with management to align financial plans with organizational objectives.

Responsibilities
Lead the reporting of monthly close and forecasting submissions, budgeting and analytics
Analyze profitability, sales growth, headcount and expenses, investigate unusual items and prepare performance reports/ provide recommendations to management
Responsible for bottoms up weekly, monthly and annual revenue, gross profit, operating expense and KPI reporting and forecasting
Collaborate with management to align financial plans with organizational objectives and strategic initiatives
Manage the annual budget submission process
Qualification
Required
Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting
Strong FP&A background with heavy revenue forecasting focus
Experience partnering closely with Sales, Revenue Ops, and Business Leadership
Proven ability to build and scale forecasting and planning processes from scratch
Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical device industries
