Responsibilities

Act as the Company’s primary representative overseeing assigned construction projects from pre-construction through completion

Exercise independent judgment in managing project scope, sequencing, timelines, and issue resolution in alignment with Company standards

Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, inspectors, and internal teams to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality project execution

Monitor construction progress against approved scope, schedule, and budget, and proactively identify risks, delays, or deviations

Make field-level decisions and recommendations to resolve construction issues and keep projects moving forward

Ensure required permits, inspections, approvals, and regulatory requirements are obtained and documented

Review and confirm achievement of key project milestones, including ground-breaking readiness and phase completions

Own the customer experience for assigned projects by proactively managing communication, setting expectations, and addressing issues that impact satisfaction

Serve as the primary point of accountability for construction-related client communications, balancing customer needs with project constraints and Company standards

Support resolution of change requests, field conditions, and construction-related disputes in coordination with internal teams

Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, photos, and tracking records in Company systems

Represent the Company professionally and authoritatively on job sites and in all interactions with customers, contractors, and partners
