Call Center Agent
CincyConnect Services is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Call Center Agent to join their dynamic team. The role involves answering incoming calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information regarding products and services.

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
Provide accurate information about products and services to customers
Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and professionalism
Document customer interactions in our CRM system accurately and promptly
Follow up on customer inquiries to ensure their issues are fully resolved
Assist with billing and account-related questions as needed
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications are a plus
Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone manner
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
