Assisting in providing public utility consumer protection
Responsible for programs of investigation, reviewing and investigating reports and recommending solutions
Acting on behalf of public utility consumers in formal and informal utility consumer complaint cases
Staying current with tariff revisions by regulated utilities

Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

Multitasking and time management skills
Ability to be present in the office during regular business hours
A professional attitude and appearance

Preferred

Typically requires High School Diploma or equivalent and 5-7 years of experience
