They are seeking a Research Lab Tech Lead to develop and implement laboratory techniques, manage complex research projects, and analyze experimental data related to leukemia research.

Responsibilities
Develops, improves, and implements laboratory techniques and performs complex experiments or tests to contribute to the timely and accurate completion of the research projects including clear and complete records of all experimental work
Troubleshoots assays and customizes experimental tools to answer research questions
Analyze and interpret experimental data, including application of basic bioinformatic tools and statistical models
Coordinates external and internal resources necessary for completion of research plan
Manage and coordinate all phases of complex in vivo research projects under scientific direction, including experimental planning and procedural execution
Qualification
Required
Bachelor degree required
2-3 years of blood-related or leukemia-related research laboratory experience required
Strong background and profound knowledge in hematological malignancies is required
Experience working with mice models is required
Bachelor degree required
1-2 years of blood-related or leukemia-related research laboratory experience required
Strong background and profound knowledge in hematological malignancies is required
Experience working with mice models is required
Preferred
Masters degree preferred
Experience in molecular and and/or cellular biology techniques preferred
Proficiency in rodent intravenous, intrafemoral, intraperitoneal and subcutaneous injections and bone marrow transplant preferred
