Responsibilities
Project Planning & Budget Management Define project scope, schedules, and budgets for assigned projects
Oversee projects with budgets ranging from $5M-$10M, ensuring cost control
Work closely with cross-functional teams to manage technology-first deployments at solar and industrial sites
Project Execution & Risk Mitigation Manage project risks, technical challenges, and resource allocation
Ensure projects comply with safety, quality, and risk mitigation strategies
Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and project progress
Process Improvement & Deployment Strategy Improve deployment efficiency through structured project management methodologies
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to refine processes
Adapt strategies based on real-world site deployment needs
Tool Utilization & Data-Driven Decision Making Use MS Project, Jira, and Power BI to track project milestones, budgets, and risks
Analyze data to optimize project execution, resource allocation, and reporting
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience in project management or a related technical field
Experience working with cross-functional teams in technology-driven projects
Strong background in budget management ($5M-$10M projects)
Experience with risk management, stakeholder coordination, and compliance
Proficiency in MS Project, Jira, and Power BI required
3-5 years of experience leading technical projects or site deployments
7+ years of experience in project management, leading large-scale technology, solar, or industrial projects
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while aligning with business objectives
Deep expertise in risk assessment, financial oversight, and deployment logistics
Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor junior project managers
Preferred
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies preferred
Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, and Power BI preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field
Experience managing projects in automation, robotics, solar, or industrial construction
Familiarity with technical risk assessment and mitigation strategies
