Responsibilities

Own and evolve the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals, customer needs, and technical feasibility. Lead prioritization across competing demands

Act as a primary liaison between business lines, development teams, and external partners. Facilitate strategic conversations and ensure stakeholder alignment

Translate the company’s strategic vision into clear product goals and user experiences. Guide teams in visualizing and delivering value

Lead efforts to understand market trends, customer feedback, and user behavior to inform product decisions and UX/UI enhancements

Oversee release planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery of features and improvements. Coordinate across teams and dependencies

Monitor product performance and feedback loops to identify opportunities for system, process, and experience enhancements

Ensure product features and processes comply with regulatory, security, and risk management standards. Proactively manage and escalate risks

Coach and mentor Level 1 Product Owners and team members. Promote Agile best practices and servant leadership

Partner with Business System Analysts, vendors, and cross-functional teams to translate business strategies into development tasks

Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality controls are implemented and leveraged for product insights

Articulate requirements into use cases, Agile stories, and acceptance criteria. Support testing frameworks and validation processes
