Responsibilities
Lead and manage engineering teams working on AI, personalization, and data-driven projects
Act as a working manager - design solutions like an architect while driving execution like a development manager
Own technical decision-making for personalization and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and multiple vendors to deliver seamless, scalable solutions
Drive project planning, estimation, and delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards
Provide technical leadership on AI models, personalization frameworks, and data architecture best practices
Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively
Ensure adherence to coding standards, architecture principles, and security guidelines. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing clear updates and actionable insights
Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in AI, personalization, and data engineering
Strong background in personalization frameworks (experience with personalization approach is required)
Hands-on expertise in AI/ML technologies, recommendation engines, and data-driven personalization
Solid understanding of data pipelines, analytics, and cloud platforms
Ability to architect solutions and lead technical design discussions
Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing distributed/offshore teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in decision-making roles with accountability for technical and delivery outcomes
