Responsibilities

Lead the development of advanced projects and apply innovative solutions
Design, develop, and implement new or revised production processes for efficient mass production, including the arrangement of manufacturing equipment for optimal layout and the sequence of production operations
Specify procedures for tool and equipment fabrication and adapt machinery in response to factory conditions
Conduct tests throughout production to control variables and troubleshoot production problems• Provide guidance to product design engineering on technical specifications to best use equipment and manufacturing techniques
Ensure production processes and procedures comply with regulations and adhere to Good Practice (GxP) regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring quality control, and completing required training
Support team performance and operational efficiency while committing to continuous improvement and regulatory compliance
All associates must adhere to GxP regulations by strictly following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), maintaining accurate and complete documentation, ensuring rigorous quality control, and completing all required training
Associates are responsible for meeting their individual job requirements and contributing to the overall compliance of the organization

Required

Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 yrs; Assoc.+16yrs; M.S.+0 yrs)

2 Years of Experience in Optics Engineering/Manufacturing
1 Years of Demonstrated Leadership
Work location: Onsite

Preferred

Experience in manufacturing Opti-mechanical assemblies is a plus
Experience in manufacturing engineering in an Optics manufacturing environment is a plus
Prior experience in medical device manufacturing is a plus
