Ensure adherence to USPAP, federal, and state regulations

Qualification
Required
Certified General Appraiser License (Active)
10+ years of experience in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation
Strong leadership and team management skills
Expertise in financial modeling, market analysis, and valuation software
Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities
