Planning and execution of Corporate Action Special projects
Act as primary contact for external and internal clients
Review and approve client billing for Corporate Actions
Available during non-business hours depending on project needs
Other duties and tasks as assigned by management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (B.A. Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics) from a four-year University or College
Minimum of 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Relationship Management skills with three to four years' experience in financial industry – bank brokerage, transfer agents
Proficient in Microsoft Project and have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
