The Bookkeeper will manage financial records, prepare financial reports, ensure accuracy in financial documents, and support budget and financial forecasting activities.

Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in financial reporting, general ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, budget management, and tax preparation
Expertise in financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting systems
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members and clients
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Prior experience in commercial real estate accounting
Preferred
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is great however it is not a requirement
