Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
Provide accurate product information, including pricing, features, and availability, to customers
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database
Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery
Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance customer experience
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or related fields is a plus
Proven experience in customer service or a related role, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to customers
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and foster positive relationships with colleagues
