Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Project Managers and technical staff
Oversee project safety, schedules, budgets, and contract compliance
Build strong customer relationships, resolving issues proactively
Manage procurement, subcontractors, change orders, and project documentation
Ensure successful commissioning, turnover, and closeout of systems
Support estimating and business development efforts as needed
Maintain high standards of professionalism and project excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
10+ years of experience in MEP, HVAC, controls, electrical, or energy-related construction
Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring and developing project teams
Ability to travel up to 50%
Excellent knowledge of construction means & methods for commercial and institutional buildings
Proficiency with MS Office, Procore, Bluebeam, and industry-standard scheduling tools
Exceptional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
