Responsibilities

Develop, review, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs to meet regulatory and client requirements

Ensure all EHS documentation aligns with company QMS standards

Collaborate with Operations Leaders, Project Managers, and EHS professionals to integrate EHS requirements into Company processes

Identify gaps and lead improvements to the EHS Management System

Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements

Familiar with global EHS standards

Support scorecard process

Ability to develop and deliver training content

Support the Drug Free Workplace Program

Lead change management for implementation of procedures, policies, and programs

Promote a proactive safety culture through leadership engagement and employee involvement

Assist with continuous improvement initiatives and support team projects as needed

Perform other duties as assigned to contribute to team success

Required
