Responsibilities

Client Support: Prepare status reports, organize logistics, participate in calls, take notes, and follow up on next steps

Media Monitoring & Research: Track coverage, analyze sentiment, scan competitors, and compile insights to inform strategy

Content Development: Draft, edit, and proofread materials such as press releases, pitches, media lists, talking points, and reports

Project & Event Coordination: Support the execution of campaigns and media events

Operational Discipline: Track time and expenses accurately, adhere to budgets, and follow internal financial procedures

Collaboration: Engage proactively with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, strategy), contributing to a seamless team dynamic

Professional Development: Actively participate in Edelman learning opportunities and demonstrate growth mindset behaviors

Qualification

Required

Previous internship experience in Communications Marketing and/or related fields, including research, advertising, management consulting, media or publishing

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience

Strong interpersonal, organizational and written and oral communications skills

Ability to adapt to new conditions, deadlines and assignments

Solid knowledge of the MS Office suite

Demonstrates strong work ethic and the ability to provide quality work to clients and teams
