Business Process Analyst/Engineer

Responsibilities

Provide business process analysis/engineering support (e.g. requirements analysis, project planning and management, process development and optimization, etc.) for leveraging ServiceNow capabilities in support of mission functions
Facilitate transition planning and activities as the organization continues migration from legacy SharePoint-based processes to ServiceNow, ensuring the new system is user-friendly and meets evolving team needs
Gather, write, and prioritize requirements and ensure business needs are defined
Coordinate work with agency IT teams on development projects
Understand and leverage Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework standards and best-practices
Support knowledge management and maintain documentation reference materials

Required

Ability to support in-person/in-office work based on mission needs, with remote work flexibility
U.S. Citizens with a Top Secret (TS) security clearance
Provide business process analysis/engineering support (e.g. requirements analysis, project planning and management, process development and optimization, etc.) for leveraging ServiceNow capabilities in support of mission functions
Facilitate transition planning and activities as the organization continues migration from legacy SharePoint-based processes to ServiceNow, ensuring the new system is user-friendly and meets evolving team needs
Gather, write, and prioritize requirements and ensure business needs are defined
Coordinate work with agency IT teams on development projects
Understand and leverage Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) framework standards and best-practices
Support knowledge management and maintain documentation reference materials
Experienced with leveraging both ServiceNow and Microsoft SharePoint for workflow automation and knowledge management
Innovative and thoughtful in developing approaches to the creation, storage, and distribution of digital content
Team oriented and a strong communicator
BA/BS preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
Top Secret (TS) clearance required

Preferred

Extensive experience with ServiceNow capabilities, implementation processes, and common challenges
Familiarity or experience with cybersecurity operations, analysis, incident response, and information sharing & collaboration functions
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Any ServiceNow certifications
Any process-related certifications (e.g. ITIL, Agile, Lean Six-Sigma, etc.)
Any cybersecurity-related certifications
