They are seeking a full-time Alarm and Security Technical Associate to support the sales team with processing sales orders, providing technical support during installation and servicing of various security system technologies, and ensuring order and invoice accuracy.

Responsibilities

Support the sales team with processing sales orders

Answer customer inquiries

Update and maintain customer databases

Ensure order and invoice accuracy

Provide technical support during installation and servicing of various security system technologies, including video surveillance, alarms, sensors and access control systems

Support internal operational processes in this business line

Required

Valid driver's license required

Proven experience installing and maintaining security systems, including video surveillance, alarm systems, alarm panels, access control systems, sensors, and related security technologies, preferably in a similar role

Experience in basic networking, which may include Ethernet cable installation, management of Layer-1, Layer-2, and Layer-3 networking, installation and repair of switches, Power over Ethernet devices, DHCP, IP, and security fundamentals including firewalls, VLANs, ACLs, etc

Employment is contingent upon successfully passing a background screening and drug test, in accordance with applicable law
