Responsibilities
Support the CEO and Board in developing and executing the company’s long-term growth and value-creation strategy
Full ownership of FP&A, including financial modelling, detailed forecasting, scenario planning, and budgeting
Act as a key and accountable member of the leadership team, with responsibility for Board reporting and investor engagement
Ensure timely, accurate and insightful financial reporting across monthly, quarterly and annual cycles
Own financial performance management, highlighting risks, opportunities and key commercial levers
Build and maintain robust financial controls, governance frameworks and scalable finance infrastructure
Ensure compliance with all regulatory, tax and accounting requirements across operating regions
Lead enterprise-level risk management, including audit, treasury, insurance, and capital structure planning
Recruit, develop and mentor a high-performing global finance team
Manage senior external relationships including investors, banks, auditors and advisors
Full ownership and oversight of day-to-day finance operations
Ensure best-in-class cash flow management, forecasting and capital allocation discipline
Develop an outward-facing finance function where finance is a true commercial partner to Product, Growth, Risk and Operations
Qualification
Required
Qualified accountant or investment banking background
Significant senior finance leadership experience within high-growth, venture-backed or PE-backed businesses
Proven track record of scaling finance functions in complex, fast-moving environments
Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the gravitas to operate at Board and investor level
Strong commercial acumen with experience building and executing long-term financial strategy
Deep understanding of financial controls, governance, and regulatory environments
Highly collaborative leadership style with a hands-on mindset when required
Outstanding communication skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Senior finance leadership experience within fintech, payments, neobank, or broader financial services technology
Experience operating in regulated, multi-jurisdictional environments
Exposure to large-scale revenue operations, complex unit economics, and international expansion
Experience working closely with top-tier VC / growth equity investors
