BIBIBOP Asian Grill is a rapidly expanding restaurant brand seeking a self-motivated and experienced Graphic Designer to drive their creative vision. The role involves overseeing the development and execution of high-level creative work to enhance brand recognition and deepen guest relationships.

Responsibilities

Oversee creative development of all print and digital marketing vehicles

Build out campaign art based on direction from senior leadership

Work with outside vendors to order and distribute materials

Large-scale art design (store window vinyls, billboards, murals, etc.)

Collaborate with Digital team to shape and provide creative support for social media/app/email initiatives

Have a deep understanding of the BIBIBOP brand (and the BIBIBOP guests) to protect core elements and innovate effectively

Required

Self-motivated, experienced Graphic Designer who is passionate about helping drive the creative vision for a youthful, rapidly expanding restaurant brand

Thorough understanding of design, conceptual thinking, creative problem-solving, storytelling, and current trends, technologies, print processes, and restaurant/retail environments

Strong interpersonal skills, written communication, and organization are essential

Oversee creative development of all print and digital marketing vehicles

Build out campaign art based on direction from senior leadership

Work with outside vendors to order and distribute materials

Detail-oriented layout/type treatment formatting

Ability to sketch/pitch concepts before executing digital design

Ability to multitask across multiple pieces of business, goal-set proactively, and drive projects forward independently

Experience across a full palette of brand expression: print, OOH, events, in-store experience, social media, film, and digital platforms

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with teams, freelancers, agencies, internal collaborators, and production partners, while still producing a significant amount of design work by themselves

College degree or equivalent experience; BA or BFA preferred

Portfolio or samples of work demonstrating smart, brand-building designs, ideas, and executions

Proficient experience with the Adobe Creative Suite's design and photography applications including Illustrator, Photoshop, Indesign, Premiere Pro and Lightroom
