Responsibilities
Manage high-volume automated order flow across multiple asset classes, with a primary focus on equities
Maximise execution quality through effective management of market impact, slippage, and transaction costs
Source and access external liquidity using proprietary execution strategies and algorithms
Analyse market microstructure and execution performance to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
Collaborate closely with quantitative research, technology, and development teams to enhance execution models and trading infrastructure
Provide timely execution insight, analysis, and market intelligence to quantitative and fundamental investment teams
Support global trading operations and maintain close working relationships with international trading colleagues
Qualification
Required
2–6 years' experience within a statistical arbitrage, high-frequency, or algorithmic trading environment
Strong equities (single-stock) execution experience; multi-asset exposure is favourable
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills, with a deep interest in markets and trading
Solid understanding of market microstructure and execution cost dynamics
Basic programming or scripting experience in Python
Strong academic background, with a Bachelor's degree (or higher) from a top-tier College; quantitative discipline preferred
Both buy-side and sell-side candidates will be considered
