Web3 X (Twitter) Social Media & Copywriter
OnHires is one of the earliest and largest dedicated Web3 marketing agencies, seeking a Web3 X (Twitter) Social Media & Copywriter. This role involves owning the brand's voice on X (Twitter), creating engaging content, and developing strategies to build trust and drive growth within the crypto community.

Responsibilities
Own the daily publishing cadence across X (Twitter)
Build weekly content calendars aligned with:
Product launches
Token events
PR cycles
Community initiatives
Develop long-term brand voice and tone frameworks
Be active and able to speak in X Spaces
Write and ship:
X threads
Announcement and launch copy
Community-first X messaging
Campaign landing page copy
Launch emails and nurture flows
Translate technical product updates into emotionally resonant, human-first narratives
Design engagement loops, including:
Reply farming strategies
Community prompts
Conversion-driven CTAs
Monitor engagement data and iterate content based on performance
Provide weekly analytics updates (internal and client-facing)
Speak to performance data in an actionable way to improve account growth
Maintain high responsiveness in client-facing and internal Slack / Discord / Telegram channels
Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, community, growth, and product teams
Actively participate in client calls scheduled during EST hours
Qualification
Required
2+ years creating or managing social content in crypto, Web3, DeFi, AI, or fintech
Deep understanding of DeFi, NFTs, token ecosystems
Strong knowledge of X (Twitter) algorithm behavior and narrative-driven growth
Ability to simplify complex technology into compelling, human-first copy
Proven ability to drive engagement and conversation, not just impressions
Comfortable in client-facing, performance-driven environments
Preferred
Experience with Zealy, Galxe, or Discord XP campaigns
Familiarity with crypto PR workflows (Cointelegraph, Decrypt, etc.)
Light analytics experience (engagement tracking, growth dashboards)
