Qualification
Required
Ability to read, understand, interpret, and communicate University policies & procedures as it relates to the performance and scope of the employee's responsibilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and the use of online software
Ability to maintain strict confidentiality (and comprehension of laws/regulations pertaining to confidentiality of student records)
Exceptional organization, time management, and critical thinking skills
Exceptional oral and written communication
Some experience providing customer service in an office or professional setting
The final candidate is required to complete a criminal history check
Preferred
Preferred experience working with students and faculty in a college or university setting
Some experience providing administrative support
