This role will be responsible for supporting the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance & Operations across multiple business units, enhancing customer experience and streamlining revenue recognition.

Responsibilities
Lead rollout execution across deployment waves, coordinating global and regional teams to deliver efficient LTC transformations within D365 F&O
Standardize and improve processes across quoting, order management, invoicing, credit, collections, and customer master data
Work closely with Global Process Owners, Transformation Leads, Shared Services, and Operational teams to align and optimize LTC processes
Oversee functional and end-to-end test planning, execution, and issue resolution; ensure accuracy and completeness of customer, order, and pricing data
Drive user adoption through effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement, balancing global standards with local requirements
Contribute to training material development, deliver sessions to end users, and support onboarding for new team members
Act as a key contact during hypercare, ensuring smooth stabilization, rapid issue resolution, and continuity of business operations
Provide guidance and functional expertise across the full Lead-to-Cash lifecycle, supporting users and stakeholders through transformation
Assist in defining and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) and process documentation for all LTC activities
Participate in integration planning for new entities or acquisitions to align them with the global LTC operating model
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years' experience in Order-to-Cash, Billing, or Revenue Operations, including at least 2 years in process transformation or program management roles
Strong ERP experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O, or comparable platforms such as SAP or Oracle
Proven experience with CRM-to-ERP integrations, ideally involving D365 CE and D365 F&O
Advanced Excel skills for data validation, reconciliation, and performance analysis
Strong understanding of the revenue lifecycle from customer onboarding to invoicing and collections
Demonstrated ability to convert business requirements into scalable process and system solutions
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional coordination skills
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities in fast-paced, dynamic environments
Knowledge of LTC performance metrics, reporting, and control frameworks
Willingness to travel up to 25% (domestic and international)
