Responsibilities

In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author a program charter that addresses scope, timeline, OKRs, resourcing, and risks/dependencies of a basic program

Create project plans that break down a project into discrete phases and include risks/dependencies

Collect data relating to program progress from program stakeholders

Maintain project trackers and status reports in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Identify and execute on program tasks, incorporating Product Excellence values, Product Inclusion, and brand trust and reputation

Collect Data to inform mitigations, postmortems, and escalation reports. Facilitate effective meetings

Create and deliver program communications in close collaboration with program stakeholders. Ensure communications are organized and visible to immediate program stakeholders

Document program team roles and responsibilities across projects. In close collaboration with program stakeholders, author the stakeholder map. Identify stakeholder misalignment and coordinate resolution
