Sales Business Development Manager
Algofy is a dynamic company seeking a Sales Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth through innovative sales strategies. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction while monitoring sales performance.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility
Identify and target new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, leveraging your skills to generate high-quality leads
Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of their needs
Work closely with internal teams to facilitate smooth onboarding processes and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Monitor and report on sales metrics and performance against set targets, using your organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively
Continuously refine sales strategies and try new tactics to stay ahead of competitors
Contribute to overall business development with the leadership team
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in a sales role, ideally within a similar or larger agency
A track record of success in sales and marketing, with a focus on achieving results and hitting sales targets
Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and increase brand awareness
Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a hunger to drive sales and earn significant commissions
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively convey ideas and information to potential clients
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and to negotiate effectively with them
Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
High level of English proficiency (C2 level)
Experience and proficiency with at least one CRM tool such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Close.com, or SurgeChat
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and respond quickly to new opportunities and challenges
A passion for advertising and a commitment to staying up-to-date with industry developments
