New Grad, Entry LevelShik Consulting is a fast-growing, face-to-face sales and promotions firm operating throughout Washington, DC and the surrounding area. They are seeking an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join their expanding team, focusing on in-person sales and customer engagement.
Responsibilities
Represent well-known national brands through in-person sales campaigns
Engage with customers in retail stores, business districts, and community events
Acquire new customers or long-term donors (depending on campaign)
Meet and exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environment
Respond to customer questions and concerns with professionalism
Work alongside a team of ambitious, supportive sales professionals
Qualification
Required
Entry-level candidates or recent graduates looking to grow in sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable in fast-paced, face-to-face customer interactions
Motivated by goals, incentives, and personal growth
Resilient mindset – able to handle rejection and bounce back quickly
Must be authorized to work in the U.S
Must be able to commute to central Washington, DC daily
Full-time availability required
