The Director of Data & Analytics will lead a multi-disciplinary team, driving the modernization of insight delivery through advanced analytics and automation.

Responsibilities
Lead a multi-disciplinary Insights & Analytics team across BI, data science, and data engineering
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial leaders to drive measurable business outcomes
Oversee BAU reporting while advancing automation, self-service analytics, and advanced modelling
Design and deliver data science solutions including propensity models, scoring, and personalisation
Help shape and execute the roadmap for AI and LLM-enabled analytics capabilities
Qualification
Required
Senior leadership experience in analytics, insights, or data science within complex organisations
Strong background in sales, marketing, or commercial analytics
Hands-on understanding of BI tools (Power BI / Tableau), data science, and machine learning
Experience modernising analytics functions through automation and advanced analytics
Preferred
Industry experience in financial services, or regulated environments strongly preferred
