Responsibilities

Execute project management duties across several IPTs such as program planning, contract interpretation, and system integration, as well as cost and risk management
Administer Earned Value Management (EVM) best practices across varied engineering organizations
Coordinate the planning, organizing, control, integration and completion of Engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility
Ensure program operations are coordinated across program and suppliers
Support Ad hoc tasking by Systems Engineering and Program management leaders
Focus on providing assistance to team members to meet critical schedules and resolve critical/complex technical or operational problems
Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines

Required

Bachelors degree
Ability to develop and execute project plans and EVM methodologies
US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Preferred

Experience in project management including but not limited to budget planning, cost analysis, schedule development, and risk and opportunity management
Understanding of engineering principles and processes with the ability to translate complex technical ideas between disciplines
Experience facilitating discussions, meetings, and capturing critical actions/requirements
Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail, quality, and whole system thinking
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Ability to foster positive working relationships
