Responsibilities
Lead and design structural solutions for a diverse portfolio of wireless and non-wireless projects, including telecom towers (monopoles, guyed and self-supporting), building mounts, water tanks, and custom structures
Manage projects from start to finish—from proposals and team coordination to system selection, planning, and construction oversight
Participate in occasional site visits, inspections, and client meetings that keep you connected to your projects in the field
Take ownership of project quality and efficiency, ensuring that deliverables are accurate, timely, and exceed expectations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Proficiency in structural design of steel, concrete, and wood
Strong experience with RISA Suite (RISA-3D, RISA Foundation, RISA Connection)
Familiarity with tools like tnxTower, Enercalc, L-Pile, Excel, and AutoCAD
A collaborative spirit with a desire to mentor junior engineers and review technical work
Business development savvy and a proactive mindset
Aspiration to be a go-to technical leader and serve as Engineer of Record
