Responsibilities
Generate and send invoices to customers based on contractual terms and services rendered. (Mail, email, and customer portals)
Review and verify billing data for completeness and accuracy
Respond to client inquiries regarding billing discrepancies, and resolve issues efficiently
Work closely with Collections on billing discrepancies
Maintain detailed records of all billing transactions and communications
Regularly review billing reports for backlog
Collaborate with other departments to clarify billing terms and resolve any client concerns
Assist with audits and year-end accounting processes
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related administrative role
Strong knowledge of billing software and MS Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with SAP ERP systems
