Senior Sales Account Manager
Major Talent is partnered with a global manufacturer that has facilities throughout North America, Asia, and Europe. They are seeking a Senior Sales Account Manager to develop and grow key accounts while identifying new business opportunities in the flavors industry.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships
Develop strategic sales plans, targeting market growth
Build a strong sales pipeline, reporting progress to leadership
Cross-sell the full flavor range, maximizing opportunities
Support key portfolios, working closely with sales, marketing, and R&D
Achieve budget targets, contributing to business success
Management of food and beverage accounts in the Midwest
Travel will be 50%
Qualification
Required
5+ years in sales, account management, or business development within food & beverage
Commercial experience in the flavors industry
Proven ability to build strong customer relationships and drive sales growth
A background in Business, Sales, Marketing, or Food Science is expected, along with strong communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to grow accounts and build trusted relationships with decision-makers
