Responsibilities

Oversee a team of Investment Specialists, Consultants, and Principals

Ensure the team is prepared and educated to support strategic initiatives such as the rollout of new product offerings

Ensure processing service levels are consistently maintained and provide timely service to external and internal partners

Ensure team adherence to firm policies and procedures and evaluate current WSPs for necessary changes as the regulatory landscape evolves

Collaborate with the team to communicate and establish clear strategic and personal goals, provide feedback, and partner with direct reports in developmental opportunities

Support the strategic vision and growth trajectory of the broker dealer by providing transparent communication and identifying opportunities to improve ease of doing business

Champion and support change management

Required

High School Diploma

Series 7 and Series 24 licenses required at time of application

5+ years Financial Services / Investments experience

1+ year leadership or 1:1 coaching/mentoring experience

Principals working 100% remotely may be subject to on-site inspection by MML and/or regulators

Candidates residing within 50 miles of MassMutual office will be expected to work a Hybrid schedule of 3 days a week in the Springfield office

Preferred

5+ Years Experience in the financial services field required

Strong analytical/Problem solving skills

Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Listening skills

Organization navigation skills

Time Management (multi-tasking)

SME in multiple functions and proficient in most functions

Change Management Champion
